Pavia Lab at UW

Makenzie was a masters student in the MSACST program, then a research scientist, and in 2026 started as a PhD in the Pavia Lab. She is working on developing U-series dating of pteropods as a way to produce absolute dates on marine sedimentary archives. When not in the lab, she enjoys traveling in and out of Seattle as well as other outdoor activities in the PNW.
